2, Working principle
The core principle of A10VSO pump is the reciprocating motion of the inclined plate principle:
1. Power input: The drive shaft drives the cylinder block to rotate through splines.
2. Piston movement: Multiple plungers (usually 7 or 9) arranged along the axial direction in the cylinder body, with their head sliding shoes pressed against the inclined plate. Due to the angle between the inclined plate and the axis, when the cylinder body rotates, the plunger undergoes reciprocating motion within the cylinder bore.
3. Oil suction and pressure: When the plunger moves outward, the volume increases and oil is sucked in through the oil suction window of the distribution plate; When the plunger moves inward, the volume decreases and the oil is squeezed out through the pressure window of the distribution plate.
4. Variable: The angle of the inclined plate determines the stroke of the plunger. The larger the angle, the longer the stroke, and the greater the pump's displacement (flow rate per revolution); When the angle is 0, the displacement is 0. By changing the angle of the inclined plate, the output flow can be infinitely adjusted during pump operation without changing the motor speed

4, Selection precautions

4. Check the oil port and options: The size, direction, and sealing material (NBR or FKM) of the oil port must meet the system requirements.
5. Oil cleanliness: must be ensured! Contaminated oil is the primary cause of damage to plunger pumps.

- The project planning, assembling and commissioning of the axial piston unit must be carried out by qualified personnel.

- During and shortly after operation, there may be a risk of burning of the axial piston unit (especially the electromagnet). Appropriate safety measures (such as wearing protective clothing) should be taken.

- As per the different working conditions (working pressure, oil temperature) of the axial piston unit, the characteristics may change.

- Work pipeline oil outlet:
· Oil nozzles and fixed threads are designed for maximum specified pressure. Machine or system manufacturers must ensure that the safety factor of connecting components and pipes meets the specified working conditions (pressure, flow, hydraulic oil, temperature).
· Work pipeline nozzles and functional nozzles are only designed for hydraulic pipelines.

- Pressure cut-off and pressure control do not provide overvoltage protection. Separate relief valves are provided in the hydraulic system.

- The data and instructions contained here must be followed.

- The product has not been certified as a department that meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 13849's general machine safety concept.

- The following tightening torque is used:
· Connector:
Refer to manufacturer's instructions for tightening torque of the joints used.
· Installation bolts: For installation bolts that meet the ISO metric thread standard of DIN 13 and the thread standard of ASME B1.1, we recommend that tightening torque be checked separately according to VDI 2230.
· Thread holes in the axial plunger unit:
The maximum allowable tightening torque MG Max is the maximum value for threaded holes and shall not exceed that value.
· Locking screw:
For the metal locking screw provided with the axial plunger unit, the tightening torque MV is required.
