Core positioning of the production line 


This production line is the core carrier for the R&D and mass production of professional hydraulic pumps. It focuses on the large-scale production of high-precision and high-stability hydraulic pumps, covering the entire process from core component processing to finished product assembly and testing. It supports flexible production of multiple types of hydraulic pumps, including gear pumps, vane pumps, and piston pumps.


Precision Component Processing


Using CNC machining centers, high-precision grinders and other equipment, core components such as pump bodies, rotors, and gears are processed with micron-level precision. The matching gap error of components is controlled to be ≤0.005mm, laying a foundation for the efficient operation of hydraulic pumps.


Modular Assembly


Standardized assembly stations and error-proofing systems are adopted, following the process of "component cleaning → seal pre-installation → core component integration → pipeline connection". This reduces human errors and improves assembly efficiency by 30% compared with traditional lines.


Three-Step Performance Testing


Finished products must undergo "no-load test run → rated pressure test → durability cycle test" in sequence. The tests simulate actual working conditions to verify pump body sealing, pressure stability, and continuous operation life. 100% of unqualified products are reworked, ensuring the ex-factory pass rate is over 99.8%.


Automation Empowerment


Automatic loading/unloading robots and inter-process conveying systems are introduced, with an automation rate of 75% for key processes. It enables continuous production, with a daily capacity of 300-500 units (adjusted according to product type).


 Full-Process Traceability


Through the MES production management system, each product is assigned a unique traceability code, recording processing parameters, test data, and operators. This enables full-process tracking from "components to finished products" for quick location of after-sales issues.

The production line strictly adheres to the ISO 9001 quality management system and international hydraulic industry standards (e.g., ISO 4413). Both raw materials and finished products pass third-party testing to meet the access requirements of major global markets.

Customized Scheme Optimization


We support "lightweight modifications" based on existing mature designs (such as adjusting interface size, adding heat dissipation structure, and adapting to special working conditions), and verify the feasibility of the scheme through technical means such as CFD flow field simulation and fatigue strength testing to avoid customer trial-and-error costs.
